If done incorrectly, you’ll end up with a dysfunctional team, unhappy clients, and you’ll ultimately drive away skilled employees.
3. Positive Attitude
It’s printed loud and proud across our office walls: NO Negativity allowed! I truly believe in the power of energy as with my experience, when employees have a positive attitude, they provide exceptional work which not only sets a precedence for others to follow, but they are more inclined to be meticulous and solve challenges.
4. Abundance Mindset
