As a responsible professional, I interact and manage tens of team members on a diurnal basis. My team is now made up of a bunch of eclectic individuals – trust me, it took a lot of trial and error to find them (and conscious leadership to retain them). Experiencing high turnover was excruciatingly frustrating but was it worth it? Yes. I truly believe that a successful business is built on the backbone of a competent team that works well together.

One of the most crucial pillars of Lebanese Memes Solutions is teamwork. Teamwork is crucial for your business as it essentially drives sales, produces superior customer service, and therefore, converts into customer retainment. Keep in mind, teamwork is difficult to cultivate if it the individuals are not willing to do so, and if you do try to cultivate it, it can be only implemented and executed with effective leadership. After all, every team can have a boss, but what yields exceptional results is a leader that helps their team attain the unattainable.

Here are the 4 key traits I search for in potential team members:

1. Discipline

The litmus test I utilize to assess discipline is so simple it’s almost ridiculous by professional standards: Punctuality. Everyone needs to be in the office by 8am sharp, myself included. Sounds simple, but in our society, it’s severely overlooked.

2. Ability to Collaborate

Your team members need to WANT to be able to share tasks, brainstorm together, and tackle problems together. When this is done correctly, you can ensure you’ll have the best services to offer your clients. If done incorrectly, you’ll end up with a dysfunctional team, unhappy clients, and you’ll ultimately drive away skilled employees.

3. Positive Attitude

It’s printed loud and proud across our office walls: NO Negativity allowed! I truly believe in the power of energy as with my experience, when employees have a positive attitude, they provide exceptional work which not only sets a precedence for others to follow, but they are more inclined to be meticulous and solve challenges.

4. Abundance Mindset

At Lebanese Memes Solutions, we revere team members that are bold enough to fail! It means they dare to dream to find new solutions. We celebrate failures and it is crucial your employees feel secure enough to fail, and embrace them as learning experiences.
